Breonna Taylor Bust Vandalized in Downtown Oakland

The artist that created a bust of Breonna Taylor believes someone vandalized it, just two weeks after it was installed in Downtown Oakland. Sculpter and activist Leo Carson went to take a look at the damage himself in Latham Square and says he has no doubt it was an intentional act.
