Contra Costa County Hair Salons, Barber Shops Allowed to Offer Indoor Services

For the first time in more than half a year, people can walk inside a barber shop or hair salon in Contra Costa County and get a haircut. All part of the governor’s new color-coded tiered reopening system. Scott Budman reports.
