Contra Costa County Salons Allowed to Operate Indoors

Starting Monday, some businesses will be allowed to reopen under the state’s new color-coded tier system. Though counties are allowed to be more restrictive in what can open, in Contra Costa County hair salons and barbers can offer indoor services. Christie Smith reports.
