East Bay Bar Charged for Staying Open, Violating Health Order

For the first time since the pandemic began, Contra Costa County is filing criminal charges against a business for violating the county health order. Prosecutors say a Pittsburg bar stayed open for weeks after the order was issued, operating as if nothing had changed. But the bar’s owner is telling us a much different story. Scott Budman reports.
