Livermore Winery Embraces Social Change

Nottingham Cellars has decided to take a stand and retire their flagship blend “Supremacy,” saying the name now seems insensitive to the Black community. They are also launching what they call the End Supremacy Initiative, where 15% of all sales of Supremacy will now go toward the Oakland Chapter of 100 Black Men of America with a goal to use it toward bringing more people of color into winemaking and to end systematic oppression.
