Man in Wheelchair Assaulted Inside Pleasant Hill Target

An assault over a disabled parking spot inside a Target in Pleasant Hill was captured by surveillance video earlier this month. Police say a man in a wheelchair was confronted by a driver who said he was parked illegally in a disabled spot.
