According to a police source, a man who was fatally shot by CHP officers in Oakland late Saturday may have been driving a vehicle stolen from a car dealership during an looting incident at a San Leandro Dodge dealership last weekend. The step-father of the man killed wants to know why he was fired on by law enforcement — he says his step-son was not armed. Sergio Quintana reports.
