Proposed Housing Development May Move Forward in Eastern Contra Costa County

A plan for several homes may soon be approved for Eastern Contra Costa County. Supervisors are expected to make a decision Tuesday on whether or not to approve a proposed new development in Discovery Bay. The plan was first approved in 2013, but it underwent a redesign requiring new clearance for state and federal waterfront access permits.
