Richmond PD Gets First Woman, Woman of Color Chief

Richmond’s new police chief says she’s focused on pushing her department forward as the first woman and the first woman of color to head the 110-year-old department. NBC Bay Area’s Cheryl Hurd talked with her about how she plans to do it all.
