UC Berkeley student makes history by being elected to city council

Twenty-two-year-old Cecilia Lunaparra, a senior at UC Berkeley, majoring in Urban Studies, has declared victory in a special election for a Berkeley City Council seat. NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke to her about her win.
