East Bay: Oakland's Top Cop Resigns

The City of Oakland will begin a nationwide search to replace outgoing police chief Anthony Batts. In a sudden “about face” move, Chief Batts says he can no longer lead the police department when he has very little control, but full accountability. NBC Bay Area’s Jodi Hernandez reports from Oakland.
