Exchange of Defective Microsoft Tablet Goes Awry

NBC Bay Area responds to a man who says the screen on his new, $2,700 Microsoft Surface tablet was scrambled. He said the company agreed to swap it out under the warranty. So he shipped the tablet back but got nothing in return. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
