Fake Amber Alert Victim Arrested

Sixteen year old kid who was reported missing, prompting an Amber Alert, has been arrested. He participated in the robbery of an Antioch barber shop. It turns out the victim knew the teenager and in fact was mentoring him and gave him a job. The victim, however is not bitter, and in fact hopes for the best for the young man.
