Family grieves and mother arrested after Martinez crash leaves child dead, another injured

A crash in Martinez early Sunday morning left a 5-year-old dead and her 11-year-old cousin critically injured, leading police to arrest the 5-year-old’s mother on charges of driving under the influence and manslaugher. Jodi Hernandez reports.
