Fire Crews Cancel Prescribed Burns in East Bay Due to Windy Conditions

The Contra Costa County Fire District and other agencies were slated to conduct wildfire training that includes prescribed burns in some areas of the East Bay, but windy conditions prompted the agencies to cancel those activities. Bob Redell reports.
