Fireworks in Richmond in July Fourth Eve Celebration

In a pre-celebration for the Fourth of July, fireworks were on display at Marina Bay Park in Richmond late Wednesday. Hundreds of people showed up to watch what’s now becoming a tradition, and it served as an example of what to do in lieu of illegal fireworks. Cheryl Hurd reports.
