Former MMA Star Cain Velasquez to Appear in Court Tuesday

Former MMA star Cain Velasquez is set to appear in a South Bay courtroom Tuesday. Velasquez faces attempted murder charges after investigators say he fired a gun into a truck carrying a man accused of molesting his close family member. The shooting took place on Feb. 28 in San Jose, and injured another person in the same vehicle. Velasquez is now being held without bail.
