Foster City Takes On Traffic Apps, Commuter Shortcuts

A Peninnsula city is fighting back against traffic apps and the thousands of cars residents say are clogging their streets. Foster City is telling drivers, as of Monday night, “No more left turns during the commute!” Scott Budman reports.
