Gas Prices Jump 4 Cents

Bad news at the pump. Gas prices are up because crude oil prices are rising. Over the past two weeks, gas prices have jumped four cents. The national average is $2.58 for a gallon of regular gas, but, as usual, the numbers are much higher in the Bay Area. The current average in San Francisco is $3.29. In San Jose and Oakland, it’s $3.17.
