Gov. Newsom Visits Black-Owned Businesses in Oakland

Governor Gavin Newsom visited Black-owned businesses in Oakland hit hard by the pandemic Thursday, and for many the timing offered them a chance to reflect and celebrate the bill signing formally making Juneteenth a federal holiday. Thom Jensen reports.
