Guerneville Residents Who Stayed Now Surrounded by Water

The town of Guerneville along the Russian River was underwater Wednesday, and residents who opted not to evacuate, despite warnings, were hanging on tight to their paddles. Forty rescues were made in the area, authorities said. Jessica Aguirre, Sam Brock reports.
