Campbell police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who fled after running into a group of bicyclists and injuring two people.

One of the injured riders, a 20-year-old woman, was taken to a hospital with a fractured skull and hip, along with a broken leg. She remained hospitalized Tuesday.

The other injured cyclist, a male, reported pain but declined medical treatment.

Police believe the driver was in a dark-colored Honda. They say the driver turned his or her headlights off to avoid detection after the crash.
