Homeless Advocates Hope Stowaway Case Changes “Model”

The serial stowaway is raising issues other than airport security. The Bay Area woman and her court-appointed attorney claim homelessness and mental illness led Marilyn Hartman to repeatedly attempt to board flights without a ticket.
