Israel-Hamas ceasefire negotiations underway

Even with a Gaza ceasefire proposal under consideration, Israel has begun a targeted attack on the southernmost city of Rafah, home to hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refugees. All this, while the man at the center of the negotiations for the U.S., spent the day in San Francisco. Terry McSweeney reports.
