Alameda Company Helped Shuttle Endeavour

The Alameda-based Sarens Group, an expert in heavy lifting, engineered the trek of the Endeavour to Los Angeles. The company used computer-controlled trailers to transport the 175,000 pound shuttle through 12 miles of city streets – all without a hitch. Jodi Hernandez reports.
