Judge Gets Involved With Millennium Tower's Latest Issue of Seismic Vulnerability

A judge is getting involved in the latest problem with the Millennium Tower in San Francisco involving giant steel reinforced concrete blocks known as outriggers. They are supposed to handle the twisting and bending brought on by a big earthquake. But as NBC Bay Area revealed Monday, Millennium’s own expert recently cast doubt on that. Jaxon Van Derbeken reports.
