Judge to Resentence Convicted Murderer Scott Peterson to Life Term

A California judge plans to resentence convicted murderer and former death row inmate Scott Peterson to life in prison without the possibility of parole on Wednesday in the 2002 slayings of his pregnant wife and unborn son. Kris Sanchez reports.
