Killer in Isla Vista Rampage Had 3 Run-Ins With Police: Officials

A missed opportunity could have possibly stopped the rampage in Isla Vista near UC Santa Barbara Friday night. Police said they had contact with the 22-year-old gunman three times before Friday night. NBC Bay Area’s Kimberly Tere reports from the newsroom with the latest on the investigation.
