Killer Whales Show Off Extra Close To California Shore.

Very rare sight Wednesday as 4 Orca’s or Killer Whales were spotted extremely close to shore inside the breakwater @ Monterey Harbor. They seemed to linger for a bit while showing off for nearby boaters. The Orca’s were not believed to be sick and most likely just looking for food. One Local Fisherman says he has only witnessed the Orca’s getting this close a handful of times in the past few decades. Some Orca’s can live up to 90 years and grow up to 26 feet in length.
