La Nina Shift To Impact Rain Prospects

After a lackluster start to Winter the pattern is starting to transition. Trends show weakening La Nina may signal a favorable shift in the jet stream. What could this mean? We may see the development of a few late season storms into April to boost seasonal rainfall. Overall, a great prospect after how dry Winter started.
