Lightning Sparked Wildfire

A subtropical tap of moisture from the Southwest pulled up enough moisture Friday PM to set off anywhere from 100-200 lightning strikes. This sparked at least 6 wildfires over Contra Costa & Alameda Counties. More wildfires may be sparked this Weekend as isolated thunderstorms will stay in the forecast into at least Monday AM.
