Loma Prieta Quake: A's-Giants Series Becomes Afterthought

It’s a day we remember like it was yesterday. But it was actually 30 years ago. The October 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake disrupted a magical night at Candlestick Park as our own A’s and Giants faced off in the World Series for the first time. Then the earth and Candlestick shook.
