City Mayors Call on CA to Approve $1B to Curb Homelessness

The mayors of California’s largest cities made what they called a “closing argument” Wednesday. They aretrying to convince state lawmakers to commit $1 billion a year for four years to address homelessness. Robert Handa reports.
