San Jose Has One of the Highest Rates of Millennial Home Owners: Report

A new report by Lending Tree says San Jose has one of the highest rates of millennial home-buyers in the nation. Millennials spend an average of almost $150,000 for a down payment and their average credit score is 720 at an average age of 32.
