Mass School Shooting: Intended Target Wasn't On Campus

Another somber memorial tonight for one of the victims of that killing spree at Oikos University in Oakland. Police say the intended target of suspected shooter One L. Goh was the school’s admissions director, who turns out wasn’t on campus that deadly day. NBC Bay Area’s Stephanie Chuang has more from Oakland.
