Massage Parlor Investigated in Pleasant Hill

New details are emerging about a brothel investigators say a private investigator and one of Contra Costa County’s top cops operated and protected. NBC Bay Area’s Jodi Hernandez got a hold of documents detailing police interviews with the alleged woman who says she ran the illicit massage parlor.
