Mayor Libby Schaaf Gives Oakland State of the City Address

Homelessness was the focus of Friday night’s State of the City Address by Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf. Schaaf highlighted the increase in shelter beds and the success at keeping thousands of families from being evicted over the last two years due to city programs.
