Midterm Election: Record Turnout in Santa Clara County

It appears eight wasn’t enough to get the voting done in Santa Clara County on Tuesday night. At the Registrar’s Office, workers were still taking in ballots after 10 p.m. as the county saw record registration numbers for the midterm election, followed by a crush of so-called conditional voters.
