New Cannabis Rules Coming to California?

San Francisco leaders will reportedly introduce new dispensary rules ahead of the statewide legalization of marijuana next year. The San Francisco Examiner reported that supervisors on Tuesday will unveil legislation showing how the city plans to regulate and tax the city’s budding pot industry starting in January. The rules will be debated Tuesday and reviewed by planning commissioners next month. The full board may hold a vote by mid-November.
