New Guidelines May Prevent Smaller Bay Area Restaurants From Making a Profit

Governor Newsom has announced the to-do list for restaurants wanting to resume in-house dining in the near future. It includes physical distancing, which for smaller restaurants means they’ll be allowed too few tables to make a profit. Terry McSweeney reports.
