New Rules for Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival

In the wake of the Gilroy Garlic Festival mass shooting and others that have happened across the country, San Francisco’s Hardly Strictly Bluegrass music festival–set to take place at Golden Gate Park next month– will have some new guidelines aimed at keeping festival goers safe. The festival will now be completely fenced in with four security entrances, attendees will no longer be allowed coolers or tall chairs and everyone who enters will be required to carry their belongings in clear plastic bags.
