New Threat From DOJ to Sanctuary Cities

The Justice Department sent this letter to 23 sanctuary jurisdictions nationwide, including several in the Bay Area, asking for documents proving the local governments and law enforcement agencies have not withheld information from immigration authorities. Robert Handa reports.
