New Travel Quarantine in Effect in the South Bay

A new travel quarantine is in effect in the South Bay. Anyone who has traveled more than 150 miles away from the county will have to quarantine for 14 days when they return. But will it be enforced, and is the message getting to people? Ian Cull returns.
