Newlywed Returns Gifts But Doesn't Receive Store Credit

After a San Francisco woman got married, she returned a few gifts that she didn’t need to Pottery Barn. She was set to get $230 in store credit in the mail, but it never arrived. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
