North Bay Students Receive Grant From NBC's R.I.S.E America

Rising to the occasion with flare. Some Bay Area high schooler got a chance to see a screening of NBC’s premiere episode of “RISE” Monday evening — one week before it airs. And they took home $20,000 for their own drama program in Napa County. Thom Jensen reports.
