Oakland Nonprofit Doesn't Let Pandemic Stop Annual Tradition

In Oakland, a non-profit isn’t letting the pandemic stop an annual tradition of bringing “Black Joy” to communities. Starting this week, the non-profit is putting on several free events for people of all ages to take part in. Marcus Washington talked to the founder of Black Joy Parade Elisha Greenwell for more.
