Oakland Shooting: $35K Reward Offered; Toddler Boy Recovering

1-year-old Hiram Lawrence is making progress at Children’s Hospital Oakland after being hit by crossfire last night. Seven people suffered injuries during a mass shooting in front of a liquor store. NBC Bay Area’s Cheryl Hurd reports from Oakland.
