Occupy Protesters Shut Down Oakland's City Hall

During a brief confrontation with police in Frank Ogawa Plaza, demonstrators attempted to force their way into Oakland’s City Hall before the building went into lockdown mode. NBC Bay Area’s Cheryl Hurd reports.
