Officials Consider Renovating Historic Fort Scott in SF

Proposals are being taken for the chance to renovate a historic piece of land in San Francisco. The Presidio Trust is taking proposals to renovate Fort Scott the last available parcel of land in the area. It’s 30 acres of land with 20 building with picturesque views of the Golden Gate Bridge. The party or parties interested in buying must focus on working to advance social and environmental change in society. It will not be a cheap renovation for those interested. The costs could range in the ballpark of $200 million. Applications are being taken until June of this year with a final decision possibly coming in the fall.
