A crash involving an overturned vehicle created a nightmarish backup on the Bay Bridge Monday morning.
The crash, which was reported around 7 a.m., temporarily blocked as many as three westbound lanes near Treasure Island.
Crews were able to eventually clear the wreck and open all lanes of traffic, but the crash created lengthy residual delays.
